This membership is a resource provided by the City of San Antonio's Economic Development Department & Visit San Antonio to support small businesses in construction project areas. Your membership supports our mission to promote San Antonio as a premier convention and tourism destination while providing businesses like yours the tools and resources to get the job done.
Eligible businesses who register for this program will receive a one-year complimentary Silver membership with Visit San Antonio (Valued at $599), as well as receive the following select Platinum benefits:
(Platinum Benefit) Access to Placer data reports, highlighting visits, customer journey, and demographics.
(Platinum Benefit) 360o virtual tour footage, in which a videographer will come to your business to film for use on your website, social media, and/or other marketing platforms.

- Marbach Road Area Drainage & Streets (IH-410 to Horal Drive)
- North New Braunfels Phase 2 (East Houston Street to Paso Hondo)
- Port San Antonio Streets
- San Saba Street (from Nueva Street to Martin Street)
- South Alamo Street (Market Street to Cesar E. Chavez)
- South Gevers Street Drainage (Cosgrove Street to Minnetonka Street)
- South Presa Street (Southeast Military Drive to Southcross Boulevard)
- Wurzbach Construction Corridor (Wurzbach and Vance Jackson intersection area)
- Zona Cultural Streets (Commerce, San Saba, Santa Rosa)
- Commerce Street (St. Mary’s Street to Santa Rosa Street)
- District 7 Sidewalks (Fredericksburg Road, from N Zarzamora to Balcones Heights)
- North New Braunfels Avenue (East Houston Street to Burleson Street)
- North St. Mary’s Street (East Mistletoe Avenue to West Josephine Street)
- North Main Avenue & Soledad Street (Pecan Street to Navarro Street)
- Roosevelt Avenue (I-10 to South St. Mary’s Street)
- Fredericksburg Road (North Flores Street to West Woodlawn Avenue)
- Harry Wurzbach/Austin Highway Connectors
- Wurzbach (Northwest Military Highway to Fredericksburg Road)
- Old Highway 90 Area (SW 34th Street to TX-151)
- Must be currently open/in operation
- Must meet the SBA Size standard for small businesses. (Small Business Size Standards (sba.gov))
Ineligibility Terms
- Businesses designated as one or any of the following categories are NOT eligible to apply. :
- non-profit organizations,
- gambling/gaming businesses;
- franchisors;
- sexually oriented businesses;
- payday & auto loan providers;
- liquor stores;
- vape, CBD, or tobacco shops;
- businesses in which a City employee or officer has a financial interest, as defined in Sec. 2-53 of the City’s Ethics Code.
